How can I delete an old bank account?

If you have a bank account that has been closed or that you no longer wish to use for repayment, please contact our servicing team at (229) 210-6833 and request the account be deactivated.

If you have a payment scheduled from the account you would like to have removed, you must  contact us at least three business days before the scheduled debit to ensure we can make this change before the payment is processed.
